General conditions of iris2iris for delivery via www.iris2iris.com
IRIS is a product from iris2iris B.V., Textielstraat 7, 7575 CB Oldenzaal, Nederland. Iris2iris B.V. is registered with the Enschede Chamber of Commerce under number 08190322.

1. General
1-1 The following sales, delivery and payment conditions apply to all the orders, services and deliveries via our web shop www.iris2iris.com.
1-2 Dutch law applies to all the orders and agreements for which these general conditions are applicable.
1-3 You must agree to the general conditions before the agreement becomes definite.

2. Prices
All prices are in Euros, exclusive VAT and exclusive delivery costs. The total price will be visible before the agreement becomes definite.

3. Delivery costs
3-1 iris2iris will charge delivery costs for the order. You will find these on the website and you will able to see them before the agreement becomes definite. The packaging and postal charges will be paid from this.

4. Payment
4-1 The purchase and sales agreement comes about at the moment the offer is accepted and the relevant conditions have been complied with.
4-2 After ordering you will receive confirmation by email which will include a summary of your order and the total costs including the delivery charges.
4-4 An order will be delivered after payment. You may pay by means of *ideal or credit card.

5. Delivery
5-1 iris2iris tries to offer all articles within two weeks of the payment being received. We strive for delivery as fast as possible. We will try to delivery as quickly as possible if you have provided a standing order.
5-2 If delivery is not possible within two weeks for any reason we will contact you by telephone or email.
5-3 Our articles are delivered from stock. However you will be informed immediately if an article is temporarily out of stock. If iris2iris cannot or can only partially deliver your order within 30 days, you will be informed and given the opportunity of cancelling your order at no cost.
5-4 Iris2iris advises you to inspect the supplied goods immediately they are received and to report any faults in writing within the appropriate period.

6. Return
6-1 Iris2iris will do everything to provide you with a service that is as good as possible.
6-2 The offer will also include an approval period of at least seven work days, commencing the day after the goods were received by or on behalf of the buyer (unless agreed otherwise in accordance with part 4.)
6-3 During the approval period the buyer has the right to revoke and has the opportunity, without any obligation on his part other than remuneration of the direct cost of return, to return the goods received.
6-4 Restrictions or exceptions to the approval period - on the grounds of the specific nature of some goods - will be clearly stated in the offer.
6-5 During this period the buyer will treat the product and packaging with the greatest of care. He will not break the seal on the product. If he uses the right to revoke, he will return the product complete with all the accessories supplied - if reasonably possible - to the proprietor in the original packaging in accordance with the instructions provided by the proprietor.
6-6 The delivery costs of returning the goods are to be paid by the buyer.
6-7 iris2iris will repay the purchase price to the buyer within 30 days, including the costs paid for the initial delivery, if payment has been made in advance.
6-8 If the customer has received a (partly) wrong delivery iris2iris will ensure that the correct articles are sent so that you will finally receive the correct articles.

7. Liability
7-1 All the products in our assortment have been manufactured with the greatest of care. You may submit complaints to us in writing or by email.
7-2 Effort has been taken so that the illustrations correspond as much as possible with reality. Obvious typing mistakes are reserved.

8. Force majeure
In the case of force majeure the seller is not obliged to compensate the damage occurring to the buyer, except and in as far as seller has gained an advantage as a result of the force majeure situation that he would not have had by correct observance.

9. Privacy statement
Personal details will never be made available to third parties (unless necessary for payment transactions and delivery of the order) and will only be used by iris2iris.

10. Questions
iris2iris would like to be informed by telephone or by email if you have any questions, complaints or suggestions.

11. Disputes
11-1 Dutch law only is applicable to the agreement and these general conditions.
11-2 It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product and/or service. In that case please contact us as soon as possible, within one week of receiving the goods at the latest, preferably by email to: info@iris2iris.com. We will respond to your complaint within 30 days at the latest.
