THE CONCEPT: TELE FACING

With the Iris2Iris webstudio each call can be enriched with visual information. You invite your partner on a special, secure page within your website and show live whatever you want.

It's easy to switch between cameras, photos, digital pre-recorded movies, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, YouTube videos, CAD drawings, paper documents or a live tour of your business, shop or showroom.

In short, you create a live online broadcast, or webcast, while you explain over the phone. This principle is called tele-facing.

Tele-facing clarifies your telephone communication because you can support your conversation with videos, photos and live demonstrations. It gives your phone call the character of a real life encounter.


THE IRIS2IRIS WEBSTUDIO COMBINES THE ADVANTAGES OF A LIVE MEETING WITH SPEED AND EASE OF A PHONECALL.

• We create a Webstudio page within your website, or elsewhere online.
• While you're on the phone, you can direct your correspondent to this page via a button on your website.
• Through an easy to use computer screen, you decide what he can see live. You can switch easily between several options:
  - Cameras (focusing on yourself and / or as your office)
  - All files in your computer (from video, photos, and Word, Excel, CAD documents to PDF files,
    jpg and PowerPoint presentations)
  - All information on the Internet (from YouTube to Wikipedia)
  - A wireless camera to take a live tour of your company or showroom displays,or for example, a live
    machine demonstration. 
  - Paper documents
• The conversation itself is through the telephone. At the same time, your partner can see the
  corresponding images, videos and documents at a dedicated webpage.
• The video stream is unidirectional. This means that the visual information goes from the accountmager tot the partner on the phone, and not the other way. The caller may see the account manager. Vice versa is not possible.
   

  

 

HOW DOES THE IRIS2IRIS WEBSTUDIO LOOK LIKE?
  
AN Iris2Iris Webstudio is always tailored. You can choose different modules and only pay for what you need. The Webstudio consists of the following components:   

1. Computer
   You can use your own computer, if it is suitable. However, we generalle recommend
   to create a separate Webstudio webstation. We are able to deliver fully equipped PC or Apple systems.
    
2. Internet
   The Internet is an important factor. The system allows to stream in full HD. Therefor is a minimum of 3.5 mbps upload required. More is better for the quality, but not always possible. The download capacity of the party on the other side at least needs to be as large as the upload from the Webstudio. If this is not the case, the caller receives nothing. We know what's possible.
    
3. Director Software
   We install safe, well-tested software on your computer. This allows you to easily design your call. Through a selection screen, you decide what your partner sees. You can switch effortlessly between different options.
    
4. Streaming software
   This software sends the images you create to the desired web page.
    
5. Wireless Headset
   Holding your phone while holding a wireless camera or use the control panel,
   is difficult. A wireless headset provides extra convenience.
    
6. Webcam (optional)
   You have the option of one or more cameras to connect and switch between.
    
7. IRIS cameracreen (optional)
   With a webcam, it is difficult to look straight into the camera. It seems if you look away from your partner and that is not good for your credibility. Moreover, it looks unprofessional. With The IRIS camera screen you look your contacts right in the eyes, by using an ingenious camera-reflection system.
   
   
8. Document Camera (optional)
   With the document camera you are able to share paper documents and printed pictures or to demonstrate smaller products.
    
9. WiFi camera (optional)
   Wiht he wireless camera you are able to show the entire company or site.
    
10. Router (optional)
    The router connects the wireless camera and internet. This allows your partner  to see live,
    real time on the internet, what you see at the video camera.
     
11. Background Screen (optional)
    A background screen that fits with the style of your company, creates a professional image.
